Experiences of Meditation

1. The first experience is attaining peace of mind
2. Second is experiencing inner tranquility
3. Third is Attaining mental balance and poise
4. Fourth is acquiring control on the mental impulses
5. Fifth is purification of emotions
6. Sixth is absorption of the mind by the soul
7. Seventh experience is meeting of the individual soul with the Universal soul
8. Eighth experience is complete absorption of the individual with the universal (Brahma) or the ultimate union of the female and male cosmic forces. No duality remains.
9. The ninth experience is indescribable.
